Together with the Landestourismusverband Sachsen (regional tourism association) we start the Simply Saxony ideas competition for tourism – your idea for your region. This is how we make cross innovation happen between the tourism sector and cultural and creative industries in our region.

Cultural and creative entrepreneurs from Saxony can participate in the competition in two ways:

1. As a designer, communications professional, artist, expert for all things digital, storytelling specialists, architects, lateral thinkers and perspective changers, you want to develop ideas for tourism in Saxony?

Then apply as a creative impulse generator for the idea workshops tourism.

Your tasks: As a co-thinker and developer with one or more workshops you are at the side of the idea providers. In a 2-day process, you question the original idea, interview potential target groups and design the prototype for a new or improved tourism offer.

Prerequisite: You work professionally in the cultural and creative industries and have your company headquarters or work focus in Saxony. Working language in the workshops ins German.

Procedure: Until 31.03.2019 you can apply as experts for the idea workshops under the following link: bit.ly/bewerbung-ideenwerkstaetten-tourismus

Conditions: The work as impulse generator is remunerated. In the event of a commission, the Landestourismusverband Sachsen e.V. becomes your contract partner.  The overnight stay is provided, arrival, travel costs to and from the workshops must be carried by yourself.

Among all applications, we put together interdisciplinary teams for the ideas workshops together with our partners from the regional tourism association.

2. You have an idea for tourism in Saxony yourself?
